Ti 4800SE NOT WORKING, MULTICOLOURED SCREEN ON BOOT. WAS WORKING AT ONE STAGE

One day I decided to clean out my computer, so i got out the air compressor and blew the dust out. Most would obviously dissmiss my problem as a blown chip due to static shock but somehow I don't think it is. When I start the computer up it comes up with a screen with lots of multi-coloured squares. Some of the little squares flash and some do not. I think it could be like an error code, as to the same affect as a d-bracket.

My graphics card is:
Ti4800SE
WinFast A280TD
My ViVo edition

Staus = :dead:

FOR PICTURES OF THE GRAPHICS CARD/ PROBLEM SEE >>> www.MyDeadGraphicsCard.piczo.com

Remove the card from Device Manager. Turn off. Remove the graphics card physically and clean the contacts with an eraser, making sure you get rid of bits off the contacts. Refit & restart. May have some effect.
