Toshiba Equium A60 CD/DVD Drive HELP!!

hi, on my Toshiba Equium A60 the CD/DVD drive is really funny! It will load and play DVD's fine. Music CD's will work for a few songs and then will start to skip. And Game CD's will either not load at all and say there is no disk in the drive or will load and start to install but then freeze part way thought the installiantion! Please any1 can you help me! I am really stuck and I need this is work!!

There are 2 lenses in them, 1 for CD 1 for DVD.
The film-like flatcables between circuitboard and lenses come un-done sometime. Open the drive, and carefully reseat both those film-cables. That should do it.
