Toshiba Laptop Modem

hello guys,

ive a toshiba notebook A100-237. it came with WIN XP Home Edition. but just recently i upgraded it to WIX XP Professional, but since then the Modem is not working. WIN doesnt even detects the modem, and if i install the modem driver it from device manager it says "Windows was unable to install the modem" and if i run the setup file of modem driver it shows a yellow "!" with TOSHIBA SOFTWARE MODEM icon.

whts the problem? can any1 tell plz the solution?

Hi,

Go to the Toshiba support page HERE and try one of those modem drivers (one driver usually covers different models),

or just put A100 modem driver into google.
