transfering settings on windows 2000

how can i transfer settings from one computer to another on windows 2000? i know windows xp has a programme for this, but what about windows 2000? i am specifically trying to get all my saved forms and passwords on ie from one comp to the other.

What do you mean by forms and passwords?

internet explorer 6.0 remembers all the passwords and forms u fill out. for example. when i filled out the application to become a member, i put down my name, email, and a bunch of other stuff. then internet explorer remembers all that info, so that if i come back to this website, it remembers what i typed in
