Trojan problem!

Hi all.
I'm having problems with Dialer.Trojan. On windows startup eTrust AV starts to list infected items (Win32/DIStwoyle!generic) in C:\WINDOWS\TEMP . This can continue indefinitely! Norton AV then starts up & detects Dialer.Trojan in the same place. I am unable to delete all files in this directory in normal mode because some of the files are being used by other processes (all files can be deleted in safe mode).
System restore has been deactivated.
Please find attached my HJT log.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hello and welcome to Techspot.

It appears you`re running more than one antivirus programme. This is not recommended. Uninstall one of them.

Your HJT log appears to be clean. However, some malware can hide from HijackThis.exe, therefore you should rename it to HijackThis1991.exe.

Go HERE and follow the instructions exactly.

Post fresh HJT and Ewido logs as attachments into this thread, only after doing the above.
