Trojan Stwoyle Please Help

Please Help NAV keeps popping up several times daily saying it has deleted trojan stwoyle. I do a full system scan and nothing shows up. I tried spybot and ad-aware and also several online scans such as trend micro. I tried nortons security site and followed directions with no luck. Nothing shows up in IE options under manage addons. I am attaching a copy of my HJT log to see if some of you wiser people may be able to tell me where this is coming from. Thanks for all the support you guys give out.

Thanks, I did everything you suggested but the thing keeps popping up. Is there some software that will show me which program it is that keeps installing the .dll or where the trojan is originating from?
