Trojans!

Well last night on msn I recieved a link, so I clicked on it and not much happened. This morning avast! tells me I have trojans on my PC, cannot delete due to them being in use. So far these are the locations:
c:\windows\system32\svchosts.exe
c:\windows\system32\euvonootl\lsass.exe\[PECompact]

Please help me to get rid of these, and could someone post me a link to download Hijackthis, as when I try to use a search engine on any site my browser will close, thanks.

Sorry for double post, wouldn't let me attach files when editing, but I found hijackthis and the log is attached.
Also my scans seem to show more places infected.

Your system is infected with some real nasties. You`re also running an outdated version of HijackThis.

Very Important: Before deciding whether you should clean or reformat your system, go and read this thread HERE and decide what it is you want to do.

If after reading the above, you wish to clean your system, do the following.

Go and read the Viruses/Spyware/Malware, preliminary removal instructions. Follow all the instructions exactly.

Post fresh HJT, AVG Antispyware and Combofix logs as attachments into this thread, only after doing the above.

Also, let me know the results of the AVG Antirootkit scan.

Infact i'll think i'll reformat Howard, i've done the cleaning bit once before, and it took me ages, I don't have alot of important stuff, I basically wanted to know if it would be a big job, but thanks anyway.
