Trouble with Return to Wolfenstine and Jedi Outcast

Everytime i try to play either Return to Castle Wolfenstine or Star Wars Jedi Outcast i keep getting the message can not Load OGL Subsystem can anyone help me?

You may need to install newer Drivers for your Graphics card to get around that problem, both those games use the same engine, so it's probably best to try that first.
