Hello,

My problem is the following: when starting my computer, I have a message telling me that "tu_logonui.exe" encountered a problem and has to close.

Then, everytime I open any file / application, a windows pop-up appears briefly and tells me that it has to close. Since then, any application I try to open have to close.

I scanned my computer with several anti malware but the problem is still here... Any help would be greatly appreciated!

My HiJackThis log is attached.

Thanks

Your Java is out of date leaving your system vulnerable.
Older versions have vulnerabilities that malware can use to infect your system.

Updating Java:
* Go to Start > Control Panel double-click on Add/Remove programs and remove all older versions of Java.
* Check for any item with Java Runtime Environment (JRE or J2SE) in the name.
** The latest version is Java 6 Update 3. Remove all other entries.
* Click the Remove or Change/Remove button.
* Repeat as many times as necessary to remove each of the Java versions.
* Reboot your computer once all Java components are removed.

* Download the latest version of Java Runtime Environment (JRE) 6
* Click the Free Java Download button.
* Click the Download Now button.
* When the Software Installation dialog box opens. Click on the Install Now button.
* Follow the prompts to complete installation.

The tu_logonui.exe has to do with a registry setting that has changed for some reason.

This post deals with it. https://www.techspot.com/vb/topic50857.htmltu_logonui.exe

Thank you Evilfantasy for your help.

The error with tu_logonui.exe seems to be solved.
However, my applications keep closing by themselves.

When looking at the windows error report, it seems that it is related to "kernel32.dll". Do you have any idea to solve this?
