TV Tuner

Im looking to add tv to my computer. I have an available PCI and PCI e x16 and x1 slots free but the x16 is the lower slot while I have a 8800 ultra in the top x16 slot. I want to be able to record and watch live tv on my computer, is there a way to do this without a cable connection in my room? I've heard of sling but I don't fully understand its capabilities. I do have 2 he DVR boxes near me bit I'd like to keep the recordings on my pc.

What you need

You need a (PVR) PCI card. (Personal Video Recorder)
