Unable to open Task Manager

Can anyone help me with opening the task manager, not sure what has happened. I have run HJT and attached the log file. I await your commands

Hello and welcome to Techspot.

Your system is infected with some real nasties.

Very Important: Before deciding whether you should clean or reformat your system, go and read this thread HERE and decide what it is you want to do.

If after reading the above, you wish to clean your system, do the following.

Go and read the Viruses/Spyware/Malware, preliminary removal instructions. Follow all the instructions exactly.

Post fresh HJT and AVG Antispyware logs as attachments into this thread, only after doing the above.

taskmanager in "Windows" folder

If your problem is that Ctrl-alt-delete is no longer opening tskmngr., you may be able to open it from the "Windows" folder-(double click "My computer", then on "C" drive, then on "Windows" folder--there's a taskmanager icon there.
This began happened to me at one point-don't know why-and the above worked. Ctrl-alt-delete began working again at some point-again , don't know why.
