Unable to remove remon.sys

I have been infected with remon.sys

My AVG resisdent shield pops up every 30 secs to report this nuisance. This is driving me nuts.

Following some thread messages, I tried changing some registry value. It did not work. I am a novice to these sort of things, so I don't know what to do. I enclose my HTJ log file.

First lets start with the first post in this forum: Read: Follow these instructions BEFORE posting your HJT log.

Next follow these instruction on How to remove Hacktool.Rootkit.

After that post a new HJT log as an attachment.
