Uninstalled MSPaint, how do I get it back?

I was doing a Disk Clean up and I accidently deleted my Microsoft Paint ( which I use alot ), I was wondering how I can get it back?

If I reinstall Windows will I get it? Also, if I do reinstall would I have to enter the CD key again? Because the Windows copy I have came with a used CD key and I had to call Microsoft for them to give me a new one.

Or can I just redownload it through the MS® website?

First you need to insert your windows XP ( or whatever Windows you are using) into your cd-rom, then

Start ==> Control Panel ==> Add/Remove programs ==> Add/Remove Windows Components

Double-click Accessories and Utilities
Double-click Accessories
check Paint and click OK, OK.
