I have a problem when i go on the internet, and it always occurs.
Everytime i go on the internet, this program <unknown> keeps on starting up. This program starts up a lot of times when my zone alarm internet security program asks to allow or deny my spam filter. It also starts up without it. When it starts up, the system becomes very unstable, and my pointer keeps on flashing with the hourglass with it. When we hit ctrl+alt+del, it does not show. We have to do that many times before it shows up, and then we can shut it down. After shutting down, the pointer does not flash, and the system returns to normal. Sometimes, I also get a blank bar in the bottom of my close program window.
Can anyone help?
