Unlock winrar password?

hello...i have downloaded a winrar file but it is password locked...

can anyone tell me how can i unlock the .rar file...pls its imp as it contains time resetter for rapidshare site... can anyone help me plss...

No, no one is going to help you do anything illegal.

And that time resetter is illegal, since you will be gaining unauthorised access to computer systems (Rapidshare servers).
