Unlocking the 6800?

I just purchased my 2nd 6800 from newegg (first was faulty) but i heard a lot about unlocking the pipes and vertex shader. I've got it overclocked to 401/893 so if i unlocked them would i have almost GT performance?

I have:
AMD Athlonxp 2800+@2.16 400mhz fsb
512mb cosair ram
fic AM 37 Motherboard 4x/8x apg
120gb samsung HDD 7,200 RPM
Evga Geforce 6800 128mb ram@401/893

I too have the same card and from what i have heard the performance his little better. remeber that there is a clock diffrence between 6800Gt and 6800 as the 6800Gt will have gddr3(higher clock speed) which also increases performance. :grinthumb
