Unplug and relug my computer

My computer had been working great up until about 1 month ago. The problem is now everytime I turn it off or it hibernates, the only way I can get it to turn on is to unplug the computer and replug it in. Once I do that, there are no problems with it at all. I noticed it doens't keep the time/date either when this happens. What could be the problem?

Try replacing the cmos battery and see if that helps.
