ive looked everywhere for an answer to this problem, so here it goes.


ive tried installing it many times, by using windows update and by using the direct file from windows.com....neither work.


what can i do!!!??

but you cant do updates while in safe mode?


at least last time i checked

Sorry - I thought you could go to that site and download, not auto-update.
