Usb Drive problems.

Dear ...
I have a problem with my USBs. One of them cant be opened, there a message appears saying (do you want to format it?) and the other one has mini clips, but I cant play them not by Real time player or Media player.
Could you please help me to solve this problem and restore what I have lost?
Another question... There is a way to restore the pictures from the memory flash that saves the pictures of the digital camera. How can I do this?
