i am having a lot of trouble with my USB ports everytime i connect a USB lead form my mobile to my laptop it won't let me transfer files and audio files to my mobile and vice versa i use a programe called mobile phone tools and it is especally made for motorola only yet when i connect to that it says that the motorola phone tool has not detcted your mobile phone. now it is something to do with mu USB ports or is it anything else.
