Using latest Catalyst on Mobile Radeon?

Is the new ATI Catalyst 4.3 designed to work with the mobile range of ATI products? I have a Radeon 9600 Mobility in my laptop.

For some reason most laptops have custom tailored drivers from the manufacturer of the laptop. Normally it wont let you install the latest cats. directly from Ati....

Hey thanks for the link cfp999. I think im gonna try and put some catalyst drivers on my laptop cause ive got the IGP320M chipset. Trying to get any performance gains that I can:grinthumb

Be adviced that, for some reason, sometimes the ATI Control Panel is not installed using this method. Just do it manually. I think you need to run setup.exe in CPanel subfolder to accomplish this after you installed the driver.

Omega Radeon Drivers are already mobility modded, so should work fine on most ati based laptops.
