Using the Xbox 360 controller on MAME32

Hello!

Could anyone help me with setting up my Xbox 360 controller to work on MAME32? The controller is recognized by Windows XP on my computer, and I have used it for other emulator programs. I just can't seem to figure out how to get it to work on MAME, though.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
