Hi everyone, i have a video card Nvidia Geforce mx440 se and it seems on certain games i get a prism3d.exe error after the game crashes.I have downloaded the latest drivers i even tried older drivers but i get the same result. Now mind you sometimes i can play the games EX: Hunting Unlimited 2008 , with no glitch at all..I tried different video card stability tests like 3DMark and it gave no errors. I have the program Fix-It-Utilities Pro version and i ran their diagnostics for hardware and my video card came back with this result..

It appears that your video card memory is dieing, so it's time to lay to rest your old mx440 and adopt a newer model.
