What do I need to run Medieval 2 on my six year old compaq presario athlon xp? Will it run a geforce 7600?

It depends on what model it is. Some PCs don't have a PCI-Express or AGP slot, which would leave you with a PCI graphics card as the only option. Also, PSUs are a concern, since upgrading to a more powerful graphics card usually also means upgrading the PC's power supply. Tell us what model you have and we'd be able to help you much better.
