You're not going to get very good performance from ANY of the FX line cards. They are real dogs for dx9.0 code.

If you're really strapped for cash, the minimum I'd recommend just for WoW would be like a 9600XT, such as:
http://www.tigerdirect.com/applications/SearchTools/item-details.asp?EdpNo=1282028&CatId=0

Of course, a better solution would be a 6600GT or X1600 Pro, which are both available in AGP form, but will run you quite a bit more.

what power supply do you need to run that card

The 9600 series isn't a major power sucker so you can likely squeek by with what you have. It doesn't consume much/about on-par with the FX series.

Also, as a guide to see performance, check out this chart using DirectX 9.0 functionality:
http://www.tomshardware.com/2005/07/05/vga_charts_vii/page4.html

It only lists the FX 5700 as the lowest FX, but you can see even the FX 5700 is getting clearly spanked in performance.

This chart also includes the 6600GT for comparison. You can let bang for the buck decide for you which way you want to go. A 6600GT *would* require a good power supply though, so I'd recommend a 300-350W for this option.
