Good luck, PCI video cards are extremely rare... but still available on www.outpost.com, www.newegg.com, www.techdepot.com, and www.tigerdirect.com
Are you certain you don't want an AGP video card. Much better, and still going out of style

Sorry for the obvious error and the bad assumption... I was truly thinking PCI and AGP...

But I agree with Mirob. These are two of the best, and if you shop carefully, you can meet your budget.
