Yeah, well I really need to buy a new video card to make CS less laggy (i tried adjusting rates and everything). I was wondering if this video card with work with my computer:

This is your owner's manual. You can use only a low-profile PCIex16 card in your system because it's a slimline case. These cards are also called half-height cards, which means your options are limited to this type.
My system is a Dell so I can relate to your question of buying something that won't fit.

Oh, damn. I think the one I posted will work, though. It's PCI Express x16, only thing I don't know is if it's low-profile. What do you think?

Dont focus so much on how much memory a video card has. Your much better off buying a 256mb Geforce8 than a 512 Geforce7. Different chipsets make more performance differernce. Try to get a DX 10 capable card. That is a gerforce 8 or a radeon x 2000. If u dont then youl be buying old technology. Look to spend £100-150 for a good one.

I think you might as well get an X1550 from Newegg instead of spending the same amount on that 7300GS. The X1550 has memory at 800MHz so it should perform slightly better than the 7300GS at the same price point. Here is a link.

Thanks a bunch for the suggestions, guys. Any of those video cards would make CS at least a little less laggy, right (at least above 20-30 fps? 'cause the highest fps i get currently is 12)
