hi i need some help i have a new hp 8034n desktop pc athlon duo core with onboard graphics i want to upgrade to a pci e card was looking at the geforce 8600 gt series i have a stock oem case fan that came installed in the rear when i wrote hp and told them my intentions they said i couldn't use it because it was a high profile card he suggested some cards but are all old x1600 geforce 6600 does anybody have maybe this same computer and can recomend a card that will apparently fit .with a new computer i would like to get a newer card not an outdated one with direct x 10 coming soon.thank you.

This is the only DX10 card I've seen that would fit your system. You don't have many options.
