Video Driver re-install problem

I am running win 98 on a CNC machine and the video driver stopped working. I went to reload it and it called for the disc which I inserted. It then said I had to have a standard driver installed before it would load the driver from the CD. I tried several drivers that are on the hard drive but it said not compatable and none would load.
This machine is not connecterd to the internet.

Diamond Stealth S60 is the driver (I think).

Any help is appreciated.

Before reinstalling the driver from the CD, uninstall the old driver first.
