Hello,
Im currently to make a video on my camcorder. I was wondering how I can do the effect the do on TV. For example they have a line of text the line of text will follow the object around. Its like a fuzz on someones head but it just a line of text on a background.

Somethink like that whould follow the moving object around. ( I tryed my best to explain the best
). Is there any free software i dought windows movie maker can do this or maybe a trail let will let me do this and upload to my cam as a trail thingy. If you dont understand dont hesitate to asked.
