Videocard recommendations?

Hey everyone,

I'm finally upgrading to a PCI-e system, and I wanted to know of a good
video card for games around the price of $130-$200, and I'm having trouble deciding what to go for, so, I thought I'd ask for some help here.

Pci-e x16 6800gs. I'd say that's probably the best in that general price range.(it probably can be found for about $200 if you look around).

If you can't go over $200 at all, consider the x800pro.

Do you have to have a 6 pin power connector plugged into it?

Yes, the 6800gs requires a 6 pin pci-e power connector, but the evga card comes with a 2 molex(4pin) to 1 6pin pci-e power adapter. So if you have 2 spare molexes, you can just use the included adapter to power the card.

Umm, yeah, I guess that'd be good it he wants to go $380 dollars over budget.
