VirTool.Win32.AvSpoofer.a. i got this on my computer some how and i havnt got a clue what it is. so does anyone know what it is?

its fine. i already know how to do my own HJT log. i have already found VirTool.Win32.AvSpoofer.a i just wanted to know what it does.

Did your antivirus software detect it? cuz if it's still there, you should remove it.

I was unable to find any info on it, though.

I can find no useful info on VirTool.Win32.AvSpoofer.a, but it doesn`t sound good.

Very Important: Before deciding whether you should clean or reformat your system, go and read this thread HERE and decide what it is you want to do.

If after reading the above, you wish to clean your system, do the following.

Go and read the Viruses/Spyware/Malware, preliminary removal instructions. Follow all the instructions exactly.

Post fresh HJT, Combofix and AVG Antispyware logs as attachments into this thread, only after doing the above.
