Virtual Connection problem

Hi ,

I installed an OPEN COLINUX which is open source distribution for Linux on Windows.It created connection "Tap-win32 Adapter v8 colinux" which shows unplugged.So it fails to connect to virtual host through vnc after loading this soft.Even entering ip values manually doesnt solve the prob.

Which settings should I require to change or any other solution.
Plz Help ......
