Virtual Machine reboots with blue screen

Hello everybody,

I run a MS Virtual Server 2005 R2 64 bit, on a DELL 1950 with Broadcom network cards. The card has been patched to support Virtual Server, because out the box the connection would drop when starting a VM.

The machine is now running for about a year, but the virtual machines on this box tend to crash-boot every week or so with a device driver stop error 0x100000d1. The host machine itself is stable. I've attached the minidump.

Any hints?

Thanks

I am not into windows servers but from the dump it looks like the crash happens when sqlservr.exe loads.
there is also an error pointing to ntoskrnl.exe saying this:
FAILURE_BUCKET_ID: 0xD1_CODE_AV_BAD_IP_nt!KiSwapThread+83
I think you should search microsoft knowledge base for this kind of error but it reads like a problem with ip and/or network adapter even though you have the adapter patched to run with this config.

maybe someone else here has more experience with windows servers especially in vm and can tell you more.
