Virus has disabled system restore

I virus has disabled system restore and it has spread to another PC in my network. How can I fix this? Nortin is not detecting the virus.

Firstly, take the infected PC off the network. You don't want an infected PC disrupting anyone or anything further.

Are you quite sure it is a virus? What makes you so sure?

Try booting the PC into Safe Mode and running a System Restore that way. Try this first and post back with how you go.
