my wife has bought both norton and mcafee antivirus programs and they say our computer is fine but its not can anyone help?Our home page changes and our computer is very slow.

Hello and welcome to Techspot.

If you`re running two antivirus programmes at once, your computer will be slow. You should uninstall one of them ASAP.

Go and read the Trojan Pakes and other nasties preliminary removal instructions. Follow all the instructions exactly.

Post fresh HJT and AVG Antispyware logs as attachments into this thread, only after doing the above.
