w32.Myzor virus

Hey guys I have this w32.myzor virus and have not idea how to get rid of it. I am a newbie to these kinda things and a friend referred me to your forums. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Post a HJT log as an attachment into this thread, only after doing the above.
