Web browser highjacked?

i had the mssearchnet.exe problem so i did weshemp's suggestion on "I'VE BEEN TAKEN OVER!" post. however, whenever i start my web browser, my normal page doesnt pop up (yahoo). instead i got some security online crap, and its not windows security. whenever i try to change my home page in settings, it goes back to "about: blank". so wth is going on?

Post a fresh HJT log as an attachment, after doing the above.
