Webcam

I am having trouble getting my Webcam out past my firewall with Yahoo Messenger. I have created a filter allowing TCP traffic out through port 51. The settings are:
IP Protocol-TCP
Protocol No. 6
Direction-both
Local port-fixed
Local port-51
Remote port-fixed
Local Computer-Default IP addresses on the external interfaces
Remote Computer-Filter applies to webcam.yahoo.com

I set my webcam to "no proxies" and have also tried using the "Use proxies" setting and I cannot get connected. Am I missing something or is this just not doable? My XP firewall is turned off as well. Thank you

You are trying to use your webcam for private chats with other people?

Where did you get this information about port 51 or webcam.yahoo.com needing to be described anywhere? Maybe post a link to it?
