Webroot Window Washer

Does Webroot window washer do a good job of finding and deleting/destroying files to free up space, and also clean what a person wants from their computer so that no one could piece together or recover any files that were not intended for others to see.

Or could it accidently remove files that are needed in everyday computing.

Do I really need this product?

Pros and Cons please.

I don`t know about the programme you speak of.

However, there is a programme that is highly recommended and best of all it`s free.

It`s the Crap Cleaner programme and you can get it HERE.

I use this programe myself and I`d recommend it to anyone.

Window Washer 6.0

I have used Webroot Window Washer 6.0 and it works great. There is an option to have the program start when Windows starts, I disabled that and just use it maybe once a week to do a clean up. The downside, it's not free. Howard made a good recommendation above, CrapCleaner works great and it's free.

i don't know about you guys but
webroot was not all that impressive to me

i just delete files manually, or you can just disable your cache
