What is the memory density?

I need to buy a new memory stick since only half size (128mb) of current one ( Hyundai Electronics SDRAM PC133 - 256MBytes) is recognized by some reason.

I checked with vendor of my motherbord (SOYO KY-7ISY+) and found that it can only accept 8bit memory module.

I have two questions:

1. The "bad" stick has 8 Sumsung K4S560832C-TL75 chipset. The manufactire specs (on web site) says it is 8Mx8bit. Does it mean that this is 8bit memory module? If such, why it does not fit my mobo?

2. If I need to buy new memory stik how I can make sure that it is 8 bit memory? Can I just read it some how from figures on the chip? I surfed web to use different memory configutation tools. But they never show the specs of module density for what they think is compatable with my mobo .

Goto www.crucial.com, look up your mobo and it will tell you exactly what ram is compatable with your system.
