What Ram will perform for 5 years

I have 2 ram brand types considering, but can't really decide. Both reviwed as good and great for overclcoking.


So here they are.

2GB Extreme performance Patriot PC6400 800MHZ 4-4-4-12

or

2GB CorsairXMS2 PC6400 800Mhz 4-4-4-12

Both are EPP ready and Patriot has SLI, and corsiar i belive has it or not, not sure. Anyway which will do better?.

I think both of them will perform for five years!! Is possible also consider OCZ!

all ram has a 'burn-in' life cycle, meaning it will fail immediate, soon, or almost never.
the issue is the manufacturing process can NOT produce 100% usable chips and
EVERY brand name has some chips that will fail -- just a fact of life.

Is there any way that i will come to know this thing about my RAM?
I have a cheap Hynix ram.
