There's also an RoHS version of it for $82, although I know that uses less power than the others.

The RoHS version uses the same power as the other ones but it has less lead. Personally I don't like RoHS components because the lack of a lead coating on electrical contacts increases the possibility of "tin wiskers" small fragments of metal from contacts that can cause a short, electrical current can cause these "wiskers" to be come longer so even if the component works initially these "tin wiskers" may cause future problems.

one is open box..which there is not a waranty...and its cheaper..i got a open box from them..it come with nothing though..no fans, papers, anything..just the cpu
but i woulnnt get the open box because after shipping the open box will just be 5 dollars less..
