What's wrong? RUN failed

When i try to go to START > RUN then i type CMD, my pc will shutdown after that. What's wrong?

I think this is security related problem because when i try to use safe mode, there is a box appears on windows with word "password:winzip123". Is it a malware?

what did your anti-virus/ spybot Search & destroy say?

i have scan it with ZoneAlarm, NOD32and Avira but all says it clean. Only Spybot SD keep blocking this autorun.inf to run. When i try to reboot on safe mode under admin account, a box with words "thank you, password:winzip123" appears and my pc will shutdown after that.

have you tried ad-aware? Without a NAME of a virus or trojan, It's anyone's guess....

i never tried ad-aware? Can u guide me how? Before this there is two files with named password_viewer.exe and autorun.inf infected my pc. It comes from my friend's memory card that connected to my pc using usb card reader.
