BUT I CAN OPEN IT IF I GO TO PROPERTIES...
its not a virus either...pc is clean.
it happened after i did a system recovery
cant open C drive or D drive...or any other drives by double clicking
I ALSO CANT BURN CD'S the regular way...so i had to download a burning program...i can burn thru the burning program but not without it
ONE LAST PROBLEM I HAVE,is when i start my pc it says media center reciever error...and it keeps popping up...so i had to disable it from starting thru msconfig.....
