When online my computer restarts

Hi,

When I'm online my computer restarts. It doesn't always happen but most of the time it will. I think the problem is the driver for an ISDN modem I recently installed since it coincide with the problem. But I don't now how to correct the problem. I have an Intel 865 family chipset. Would installing INF Update Utility from Intel for this chipset correct the problem. I have the most recent driver for the ISDN modem posted by the manufacturer.

This is what I get from Event Viewer once my computer has restarted and the error is posted:

Hardware failure in early state of decline. You are probably on target, and the modem is cheaply replaced.
