Which is the best Anti-Virus?

Hi. I wanna know which is the best anti-virus program that doesn't take you lot of resources and detects all the viruses. They're plenty of them but it would be interesting to see your opinion in this case, so I(and others) can use it.

Hi,

I personally recommend Avast or AVG for freeware as they are simple to use and do not take up much resources yet provide effective detection. No single Anti-virus is a detect-all I'm afraid. You really need an effective combination of firewall, anti-virus and antispyware to keep out the nasties.
