PS. If anyone could recommend a pci card ( not pci ex16) that too would be great.

For a PCI video card, you should choose between a Radeon x1300 PCI or a Radeon x1550 PCI.
Honestly though, a Radeon x1300 is as good as it gets on a PCI slot.
