If you can find out the Bandwidth of the ATI it would help you make the final decision. I have Nvidia 7800GS in an AGP machine and it is good. No hiccups.

RADEON won this one "blindo". It's seldom that ATI products offer more than Nvidia these days. I research products for the simple fact that I'm always buying them! You never stop upgrading once you start. If you haven't gotten a PCI-e equipped machine yet, you have a lot of graphics fun in store. Good Luck!

The X1950GT is better. More pixel shaders, and a faster core clock. But you should try to see if you can find the X1950PRO or X1950XT AGP versions... as they are quite a bit faster than both those cards, and the X1950XT tops every PCI-E card up to the 8800/HD 2900 series.

Blindo? Haha, good one. Yeah, yeah, I'm buying the ATI as soon as I have the money (one week or so).

And off to non-stop gaming I go.
