Will I ruin my motherboard if I put it in a case w/o a proc?

Sounds funny, but I want to test my case (fans, power, lights, etc.) but I don't have a processor at the moment.

Will I ruin my motherboard if I plug it in and hook it up? It'll probably beep at me but I just need to test my case, make sure it works.

It won't kill the motherboard or any other component installed on it. Unless you throw some water at it, but then again even with a CPU, it wouldn't really like that.
